Home My Practice Contact Me Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need a lawyer?

A: I frequently tell people who consult with me that "Lawyers are necessary, but not required, " which I realize sounds a bit silly. However, what I am trying to say is that sometimes a person does not require the assistance of a lawyer to accomplish what they are trying to do. If I feel that this is the case with your situation, I will not hesitate to tell you, even if it means I miss out on a potential client. On the other hand, if you do need a lawyer I will also tell you what this will likely involve in your time and money so that you can still decide the best course to follow.
